Measurement of electric potential difference V and electric field E with non-contact sensor has become easier with the E probe of INPHYNIX, including frequencies as low as 20 mHz.
The E probe allows easier demonstration of basic phenomena:
- electrification of insulating materials
- Evaluation of static electric field
- characterization in intensity and direction of E fields associated with electric power distribution by the 50Hz
- Quantitative and qualitative work of Gauss: using the probe E with a positioning XYZ stage and rotation axis, used around a conducting circular electrode plane (giant electrical condenser)
- Projection / dot product / gradient by measuring potential or electric field Ez between plates
- Measurement of ε0
The new EM powersupply unit coupled to the probe E facilitates implementation through its various outputs:
- Large bandwidth
- Low pass filter (100Hz)
- Notch (50Hz)
- High sensitivity demodulation synchronous
